Over her nearly nine-year tenure, she scaled the accounting department, led multiple ERP transitions, and drove improvements across reporting, compliance, and financial governance. She also served as the go-to strategist for quarterly Board financials, tax filings, and sales analytics, earning recognition for her operational leadership and team mentorship.
Her earlier experience includes a decade managing the accounting and office operations for a mid-sized firm, where she implemented a full ERP suite and authored the company’s first employee handbook to meet DOT and DOL compliance. Suzanne began her career as a Budget Analyst for a major university, where she developed and led annual budgeting for multi-departmental units and helped build a custom budgeting system.
